first, we’ll hop on a video call to get to know each other — feel free to have your drink of choice in hand ☕️ 🍹
we’ll go over your website needs and big picture dreams, goals, and desires. we’ll talk strategy for achieving your needs through the form and functionality of your site, which actually isn’t as terrifying as it sounds.
you can also share your brand identity and strategy with me on this call if you’ve got that stuff worked out!

next, i’ll send you my available design days. these days mark the first day of the two weeks it takes to build your site (more accurately 10 days, cus i don’t work weekends, baby!) and they also mark your deadline to send me the content of your website* so make sure the date you pick gives you plenty of time to gather everything together and send it over.
🔒 to lock in your design day with me, you’ll pay a 10% deposit of your total website package cost (more info on pricing down here) and sign a client agreement.
🔥 hot tip: if you are working with copywriters, brand designers, or any other professionals helping you create content for your website, make sure that the design day you choose is after they have completed their work for you!

yep! i’ll send you a form in advance of building your website requesting all the details and content that i will need from you.
things like your copy (the words written on pages), your logos, any photos you’ve purchased or had taken/taken yourself, any branding if that has been done for you, including color palettes and font files, to things like login information for integrations or third-party services you need installed.
we’ll go over this during our consultation call so don’t fret too much if this list is freaking you out!

i will be busy in my little creative cave cooking up a gorgeous website for you, but reachable by email if you have any questions or last minute updates.
on friday, you’ll get a fully functional new website to review! i’ll send you version 1.0 with a personalized video walkthrough and a portal where you can leave unlimited comments on specific parts of the website itself.
this is the part where you can just kick up your feet (or spend time on other parts of your biz, lol)

we’ll make as many revisions as you’d like! you’ll be able to leave comments and feedback until thursday, and i’ll make updates throughout the week.
i’m also available to hop on video calls, and reachable by email during my business hours. this is when we are making your dreams come true, so you get especially personalized and attentive support from me during this two week build period.
the second friday, we’ll get on another video call to review your brand new site and i’ll metaphorically hand the keys over 🔑
